AIMS OF THE CHARITY
-
To provide and maintain high quality out
patient facilities so that patients continue to experience a friendly,
relaxed atmosphere
-
To help fund nursing and medical staff to go
on courses which mean they are aware of the newest ideas in both
treatment and nursing care
-
To attract high quality staff in the areas of
research and clinical trials
-
Raise funds to purchase state of the art
equipment improving diagnosis and treatment
-
Promoting interaction between laboratory and
clinical staff
-
Maintain and support the Robert Dalton Post to
ensure that progressive research facilities are available for years to
come

Recognise patients and families individual
circumstances during treatments and provide aid and support through
their treatment. Examples include:-
Originally every penny given to LINC went to
the charity, but as we grew so did our administration and secretarial
needs. Although only a small proportion of our charitable income goes
towards staffing costs, we, like many other charities now have a small
team of staff who work tirelessly for the charity and all have a passion
for achieving our goals.
